Discovered at the age of 14 by Neil Hamill Models- Anne "Anya" Bergstedt Jordanova, began her career in the fashion and film world. Anya also pursued many different sides of the arts including dancing and training for many years in classical ballet. She is also very involved with Animal Rights and has participated in campaigns with PETA, The Whaleman Foundation, and Greenpeace. She is also the founder of 2 non profit charities- The Brad Renfro Foundation and Give Grace Foundation, which helps raise awareness of the child homelessness in many parts of Europe.

Anya is Swedish descent (from Stockholm), and holds citizenship in the US and France, and speaks fluent French, German, Swedish and some Russian.

She admires in the cinema industry: Julie Delpy, Gael Garcia Bernal, Vincent Lindon, Jean-Luc Godard, Christophe Honore, Ingmar Bergman, Diane Kruger, August Diehl, Anna Paquin, and Anna Karina. When she's not working, Anya likes to listen to classical music, eating and cooking good French food, walking in the city, walking her dog, going to the movies and thinking of the movies, going to museums, collecting art, and photography. She currently shares her time between New York and Los Angeles.

Anya can be seen in the 2009 film "The Informers", NBC's "30 Rock", as well as the upcoming thriller "Sound of Mind" set to begin filming late 2010. She will be putting her career on part time hold temporarily while she pursues her Film degree in New York City on a Scholarship, at CUNY.

Die Dreharbeiten dafür beginnen Mitte 2010. Die junge Stipendiatin wird ihre Karriere jedoch zeitweise auf Eis legen, um ihr Filmstudium in New York zu absolvieren.
