I am lucky enough to split my time between New York and Paris.

The Beatles, Edith Piaf, Beastie Boys, and I have a love affair with good classical music .

Favorite movies?
I love the dark side of things. Movies that explore that.My recent favorites? Inglourious Basterds, Les Chansons D'Amour. Classics? Stand by Me, Little Odessa, The Dreamers, Un Conte de Noel.

Travel essentials?
Forget makeup. Takes up too much space. Always have lip balm though, always!

Life essentials?
An imagination, box of matches, dance moves, your diary, a musical instrument, a good looking guy and acrylic paints.

Best book?
I love Norwegian writer Hamsun! Get his book, "Hunger", to wet your appetite. Then try I Me Mine, by George Harrison.

Ideal afternoon?
Topless sunbathing on a beach in south France.

Ideal date?
One where he doesn't turn into a frog after I kiss him. Hate it when that happens.

Always, I come up with a quick destination at the last minute.
